“Lucifer on Supernatural, Jacob on Lost — and a Meisner acting teacher for over fifteen years.”
About
Mark Pellegrino has built a career on characters audiences don't forget: Lucifer across six seasons of Supernatural, the enigmatic Jacob on Lost, Paul Bennett on Dexter, Clayton Haas on Quantico, and Deputy Standall on 13 Reasons Why, as well as films including Mulholland Drive and Capote.
He works in the Meisner technique and taught it for over fifteen years at Playhouse West in Los Angeles — the school Sanford Meisner endorsed and used to refine his own exercises during his last ten years of teaching. He now runs Playhouse Paris with his wife Tracy, where he teaches Meisner from beginner through advanced alongside Shakespeare and screenwriting. He has said his favorite thing in the world is teaching.
